NOT-THE-EDITOR'S NOTE

The writings on this site remain wholly unedited. What's found here is essentially an electronic journal with, for the most part, the author's internal dialogue reproduced in text. Most pieces are inspired by funny, provocative, or disturbing news stories or life events. By reading these, the hope is that you will be just so agitated or entertained.

Yes, it's true, due to a weird pathological need to try and figure out what's going on, works offered here occasionally result from reconnaissance of and incursions into a variety of intellectual no-fly zones. Should offence be taken, feel free to write a detailed explanatory response (in the comment section of the article or contact section found on this page) or contact our Human Rights Department.

RESPONSE TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The author never liked writing. In fact, he always found both reading and writing painfully slow and delirium-inducing. (His blind mind's eye now takes much of the blame for this.) As a result, nobody really knows, exactly, how we ended up here with all this damn writing. Doubtless, school is partly responsible. Still, nobody would have thought it likely.

Today, the author considers daily writing (and walking) essential to life. And, although work is posted on this site sparingly, he tends to write whenever he is not looking for jobs, shopping for cardigans, dealing with needless chaos, or scooping cat poop.

Oh, and, no, the author has not and will not use any artificial intelligence of any kind to help compose or edit any works posted to this site. The violations to the visual domain alone have provided sufficient evidence that these conspicuous confabulators, all, have no clue what they're up to.
